Tom and Erin are RV Newbies - 2024 was their first trip. They travelled full-time in their Class C Winnebago View for one full year.

Their journey started in Vancouver, BC, meandered across Canada to the Maritimes, down the East Coast to Washington DC, west to New Orleans, through southern California to San Diego, and back up the west coast to Vancouver. Next stop, Alaska!

Tom and Erin are going to appear in several issues as they share their adventures and what they learned in 2024.

I quickly realized we need our own cookbooks to fit our small spaces so I approached my friend, Chef Paul Crawford. He’s a chef, an instructor, and a former RV owner. He knows what we need. Together we are writing RV Eats Cookbooks. He creates the recipes, I type the words.
